02 — Data processed
Forms may collect name, organisation, email address, telephone number, organisation type, area of interest and message content. The investor form also processes any information voluntarily included about the person’s interest.
The server may record technical security and operational data such as IP address, date, requested resource, browser and service response.
03 — Purposes
- Answer enquiries and contact requests.
- Handle corporate or investor information requests.
- Prepare conversations, proposals or pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse and resolve technical incidents.
Data will not be used for recurring advertising or added to a marketing list without separate, specific consent.
04 — Legal basis
Requests are processed on the basis of consent given when submitting the form. Where an enquiry concerns a potential purchase or service, processing may also be necessary to take pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.
Logs strictly necessary for website security are processed under the legitimate interest in keeping the infrastructure secure and available.
05 — Retention
Data is kept while the request is handled and afterwards only for as long as necessary to manage any resulting relationship and meet potential legal liabilities. Where processing relies solely on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time.
06 — Recipients
Data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties unless required by law or necessary to provide the service. Hosting, infrastructure and email providers acting as processors may access it.
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, processing must rely on an adequacy decision or safeguards recognised by European law.
07 — Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@cdid.es. The request must allow the data subject’s identity to be verified.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency ↗.
08 — Security and changes
CD+ID S.L. applies reasonable measures to protect data from loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No automated decisions or profiling are performed using form data.
This policy may be updated if the website’s processing activities or services change.
